អង្គការមូលនិធិសង្គហសិក្សា ខៀវ ស៊ីណា ជា ចាន់តូ (ស.ស.ណ.ត) គឺជាអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល មិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ មិនប្រកាន់ពូជសាសន៍ និងមិនប្រកាន់និន្នាការនយោបាយ ដែលមានទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាលនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ The Khiev Sina Chea Chanto Study Foundation (S.C.S.F) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Phnom Penh. It is impartial and politically neutral, and it does not discriminate by ethnicity.

អង្គការមូលនិធិសង្គហសិក្សា ខៀវ ស៊ីណា ជា ចាន់តូ មានគោលបំណងចូលរួមស្ទួយអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ភាសាបាលី សំស្ក្រឹត ទស្សនៈវិជ្ជា វប្បធម៌ និងសាសនា តាមរយៈសកម្មភាពដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងឧបត្ថម្ភលើការសិក្សា និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្ស ដោយផ្តោតជាពិសេសចំពោះព្រះសង្ឃក្នុងផ្នែកអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ ភាសាបាលី សំស្ក្រឹត ទស្សនៈវិជ្ជា វប្បធម៌ និងសាសនា ។ The foundation aims to help uplift Khmer literature, Pali, Sanskrit, philosophy, culture and religion through related activities and by supporting study and human-resource training, with a special focus on Buddhist monks in these fields.

It does this through study support, essential learning materials, outreach, administrative services, management, education and related training courses, all to help uplift Khmer literature, Pali, Sanskrit, philosophy, culture and religion.

ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងពីរភេទ ដែលមានអាយុចាប់ពី ១៨ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ អាចដាក់ពាក្យជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរ ដើម្បីចូលជាសមាជិក។ Anyone aged 18 or over may apply in writing to become a member.
